SAMHSA is an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services whose website has tools for finding treatment provider for mental health and substance abuse, even one that specifically identifies facilities licensed to treat opioid dependence. They also have a national referral helpline for finding these providers as well as other support organizations for people struggling with these issues and for their families. Operators on the helpline are available in English and in Spanish.
